Really nice hotel with good room and friendly management also very good location near the sea. Room design is very good also big enough. Family room with open Balkon also big Balkon which is really good for a family up to 3-4 persons.

Room was extremely dirty at the time of check in. Washroom was old and rusted, nothing was properly cleaned. We could find hairs and stains on the bed sheets. We had to sleep fully dressed because we were afraid to diseases.We stayed with family so we had lots of bags with us. Hotel stuff refused to help us to get bag into the room. You can’t sleep at night because of the noisy coming from the street. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

small, but clean hotel near galata-tower of istanbul. quite central. very near to the tram to sultanahmet and the golden horn. very comfortable rooms, given the lower ranking of the hotel. free wlan, little bit sterile atmosphere. breakfast- and the "terrace" room definitely need to be overdone. breakfast itself is very meager. unfortunately a lot of the staff does not really speak english, but is very friendly. while my stay i was nearly the only guest. turkey stills suffers from tourism and currency problems. but one can give this hotel a chance.

Vita Suites nous a fait payer un prix nettement plus élevé que celui affiché sur la page officielle de l'hôtel, ce que nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir aussitôt installés dans la chambre, en nous connectant à internet. Nous nous sommes plaints à l'accueil, et on nous a opposé un complet mépris et un refus catégorique de rembourser la différences. Compte tenu du prix, nous avons estimé que le petit déjeuner était très médiocre : du pain, de la charcuterie et du fromage de la plus basse qualité que nous aurions eu au pire dans la pension la meilleur marché. Cette expérience a été pour nous des plus désagréable. Nous déconseillons absolument cet hôtel qui ne reflète en rien le sens de l'accueil et l'art de vivre turcs (pays où nous vivons depuis plus de deux ans). Vita Suites charged us a much higher price than the one displayed on the official hotel page, which we were surprised to find as soon as we were installed in our room, by connecting to the internet. We complained to the front desk, and were offered complete contempt and an outright refusal to reimburse the difference. Considering the price, we felt the breakfast was very poor: lowest quality bread, cold cuts and cheese that we would have had at worst in the cheapest guesthouse. This experience was most unpleasant for us. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel, which in no way reflects the sense of Turkish hospitality and the art of living (country where we have lived for more than two years).
